Families are welcome. Our museum is located on the ground floor and has completely level access. Change tables are also available in the toilets/washrooms (men’s and women’s). Prams may be brought in.

Our museum and exhibition, as well as our Chocolate Shop, are currently only open

thursday - sunday, from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

We remain closed on 24- 26 and 31 Dec and on 01 Jan.

Adults: from 12,00 EUR
Reduced: from 11,00 EUR
Children: from 10,00 EUR (free entry up to the age of 5 years)
Family ticket: from 34,00 EUR 

School groups: 8,5 EUR per person
(for schools providing general education and groups of children from 20 persons upwards)

Groups: 13,50 EUR per person (from 14 persons upwards)

Children up to and including 5 years have free admission and receive a free ticket for the booked tour at the box office and in our online shop. If your child wants to make their own bar of chocolate in the workshop, please buy a ticket for a bar of chocolate for € 4.50 at our box office.

Visitors with a disability (degree of disability 70%) should purchase a reduced price ticket. If the person in question also has a 'B' in their disability pass, then an accompanying person will be given free entry. Appropiate tickets are offered at the box office as well as in our online shop. We charge EUR 4,50 for their chocolate creation.

There is limited parking in the area and no free parking, so we would recommend that you come via public transport. CHOCOVERSUM is situated 10 minutes by foot from Hamburg's main station. The subway line U1 goes directly to CHOCOVERSUM (get off at Meßberg exit).

Barrier-free access: bus route M4 and M6 which go via the town hall and the main station - get off at the 'Brandstwiete' bus stop.

You can book a maximum of 10 tickets per purchase in our online shop. If there are more than 10 persons in your group, then you will need to make several purchase transactions.

Groups which have booked in advance are given an exclusive guided tour after registration, as well as special rates. As a rule, ypu can make savings from 14 persons upwards. Information on this can be found on http://www.chocoversum.de/gruppen Telephone bookings can be made on 040-41 91 23 00.

If you don't find the e-mail there, please send us an e-mail at info@chocoversum.de quoting the e-mail address which you used to make the booking. We will then look into the matter and sent the tickets out to you again if necessary.

Not all banks support the Giropay payment procedure. You can check whether your bank supports giropay on http://www.giropay.de/index.php?id=banken_check.

Alternatively, you can use a credit card in our online shop, or purchase tickets and vouchers directly from CHOCOVERSUM. The ticket office is open very day between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.
