You can book a maximum of 10 tickets per purchase in our online shop. If there are more than 10 persons in your group, then you will need to make several purchase transactions.

Groups which have booked in advance are given an exclusive guided tour after registration, as well as special rates. As a rule, ypu can make savings from 14 persons upwards. Information on this can be found on http://www.chocoversum.de/gruppen Telephone bookings can be made on 040-41 91 23 00.

Not all banks support the Giropay payment procedure. You can check whether your bank supports giropay on http://www.giropay.de/index.php?id=banken_check.

Alternatively, you can use a credit card in our online shop, or purchase tickets and vouchers directly from CHOCOVERSUM. The ticket office is open very day between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.

If you don't find the e-mail there, please send us an e-mail at info@chocoversum.de quoting the e-mail address which you used to make the booking. We will then look into the matter and sent the tickets out to you again if necessary.

 

Visitors with a disability (degree of disability 70%) should purchase a reduced price ticket which costs EUR 13,50. If the person in question also has a 'B' in their disability pass, then an accompanying person will be given free entry. We charge EUR 4,50 for their chocolate creation. A corresponding number of places are generally kept free in our booked events for this purpose.

There is limited parking in the area and no free parking, so we would recommend that you come via public transport. CHOCOVERSUM is situated 10 minutes by foot from Hamburg's main station. The subway line U1 goes directly to CHOCOVERSUM (get off at Meßberg exit).

Barrier-free access: bus route M4 and M6 which go via the town hall and the main station - get off at the 'Brandstwiete' bus stop.

Our museum and exhibition, as well as our Chocolate Shop, are open 360 days a year.
